A three-month install with an end state: the difference built into every touchpoint, a steering rhythm your teams run, and measures tracked to the P&L it moves. Change management and workshopping included, because a difference that only exists in a deck has not been made to hold. €95,000, with Decide the difference credited in full. The install can run past three months if the work needs it; when it ends, the work continues as the seat, at the seat’s monthly rate.

I have worked in a startup and I know what cash flow feels like, so a mix is always on the table: cash, warm introductions, options or shares, a slice of the raise. We put a number on every part of the mix, and each stage you take is credited in full against the next, up to and including Make it hold.
